Lemon bergamot:
Plant directly in the ground from April to June. Thin/prick out after emergence to the correct spacing. The lavender-like flowers are purple/pink, and the leaves have a strong lemon scent. Delicious and can also be used in salads, with fish, shellfish, and white meat.
